Frequently Asked Questions

Here are straight answers to the most common questions about Simply Digital OS, the AI Revenue Engine, and how we work with service and high-ticket brands.

If you have a question that isn’t covered here, use the contact form or book a Revenue Decision Review and we’ll walk through your situation directly.

Working with Simply Digital

What exactly does Simply Digital do?

Simply Digital builds and runs growth systems for service and high-ticket businesses. We plug into the tools you already use — CRM, calendars, call tracking, and ad platforms — then stand up an AI Revenue Engine on top of that data. From there, we execute Cut / Fix / Double plans across paid media, lifecycle, web, and operations so your budget flows to what actually produces revenue.

What types of businesses are a good fit?

We work with US-based service and high-ticket brands that already have demand and real sales cycles, not one-off impulse purchases. Examples include home services, clinics and high-ticket health, legal and immigration, and other expert or project-based services with meaningful average client value.

If you have real margin, real sales cycles, and care about CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV/CAC, you’re likely in range.

Do you replace our existing marketing team or agency?

Not by default. Simply Digital OS and the AI Revenue Engine are built to organize your funnel, tracking, and unit economics so everyone can see the same numbers. In some cases, we run channels directly. In others, we focus on the system, reporting, and pods while your existing team or agency executes within clear economics.

If a change in vendors is needed, we’ll make that explicit during the Revenue Decision Review; it’s never a surprise.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Our primary focus is on US-based organizations selling to US buyers, including English and non-English-first segments (Spanish, Arabic, and others). If you have international operations, we’ll look at those case-by-case during the initial review.

Revenue Decision Review

What is the Revenue Decision Review?

The Revenue Decision Review is a paid first-month diagnostic and the front-end to Simply Digital OS. We connect your CRM, calendars, call tracking, and ad platforms, deploy Engine v1 for your funnel, and come back with a Cut / Fix / Double Memo grounded in your real numbers — not a slide deck built on guesses.

What do I get at the end of the review?

  • A Cut / Fix / Double Memo tailored to your funnel and budget.
  • A map of your funnel from lead → opportunity → revenue by channel, offer, and language where data allows.
  • An owner’s-math view of CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV/CAC, plus gaps where tracking needs to be fixed.
  • Engine v1 focused on making your funnel measurable and executable, not just “dashboards.”

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. The Revenue Decision Review is a standalone first-month engagement. You can implement the plan internally, with your existing vendors, or move into a longer System & Profit Engagement if the economics make sense.

What if we’re not a fit?

If we determine early in the process that there isn’t a clear path to good economics — because of margins, sales cycles, or other constraints — we’ll say so. The goal of the review is to make a clean decision with you, not to force a long engagement.

System & Profit Engagement

What happens after the review if we move forward?

If the numbers support it and we both agree, we move into a System & Profit Engagement. That’s where we operate Simply Digital OS and your AI Revenue Engine month-to-month, manage pods across paid media, lifecycle, web, and ops, and keep decisions grounded in Cut / Fix / Double math.

Do you work on performance or retainers?

We typically work on a structured monthly engagement with clear scope and KPIs, aligned to the economics revealed in the review. In some cases there may be performance components or bonuses, especially around outbound and appointments; those are defined transparently up front based on your model.

How long do clients usually work with you?

Most System & Profit Engagements are structured around 6–12 month horizons. That’s long enough to rebuild and scale a system, but short enough to keep the focus on measurable outcomes and clean decision points.

AI Revenue Engine, Data & Privacy

What is the AI Revenue Engine in practice?

It’s a combination of data models, automations, and AI workflows that sit on top of your CRM, calendars, call tracking, and ad platforms. It connects the dots between lead, opportunity, revenue, and cost so we can decide what to Cut, what to Fix, and what to Double. The goal is to make your numbers usable for decisions, not to impress anyone with dashboards.

Do you own our data?

No. You retain ownership and control of your data. We work inside your systems or tightly scoped data environments configured for Simply Digital OS. When an engagement ends, you keep your accounts, your data, and any assets or views we created for you.

How do you handle privacy and compliance?

We align our work with your existing privacy, consent, and compliance obligations, including HIPAA-adjacent workflows for health-related clients and advertising guidelines for legal and financial categories. We do not sell your data or use it to build unrelated products.

For more detail, see our Data, Cookies & AI Use page, Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements we sign together.

Will AI replace our team?

No. The AI Revenue Engine is designed to give your team better information, better prompts, and better workflows. Humans still make the calls, have the conversations, and own the relationships. AI helps with visibility, routing, and execution speed.

Multilingual Growth & Pods

Do you support Spanish, Arabic, or other languages?

Yes. We maintain multilingual pods and partner talent for Spanish and Arabic, and selectively for other languages where the economics justify it. The goal is not translation for its own sake, but building language-specific funnels, call flows, and follow-up that match your US economics.

Can you provide setters, closers, or call center support?

In some cases, yes. We can align with internal teams, external call centers, or vetted partners for setters and closers. Any pod that includes sales support is structured so you still own the client relationship, the CRM, and the pipeline logic; we’re there to make the funnel perform, not to take control away from you.

Practicals & Next Steps

What do you need from us to get started?

  • Rough numbers on revenue, average client value, margins, and core offers.
  • Access (often read-only) to CRM, calendars, call tracking, and ad accounts.
  • Any reports you currently rely on, even if they don’t match each other.
  • A clear owner or small group empowered to make decisions from the review.

How do we know if we’re “too small” or “too early”?

If you’re not yet investing meaningful budget into marketing or don’t have a consistent sales process, you may be early for a full System & Profit Engagement. The Revenue Decision Review is still useful in some of those cases to define what “ready” should look like. If we think you’re too early, we’ll tell you.

What’s the best next step if we’re interested?

The simplest next step is to book a Revenue Decision Review. That gives both sides the same view of your numbers, constraints, and upside so we can make a clean decision together on whether to move into a longer System & Profit Engagement.

If you’re not ready for that yet, use the contact form or newsletter signup in the Resources section and we’ll stay in touch as you get your foundations in place.
