How our Google Ads management works
We run Google Ads and Local Services Ads for home service companies, clinics and other local businesses that can count a booked customer. It starts with a free audit, and the first month fixes the measurement. Every monthly report starts with one number: what a booked customer cost you, with our fee included.
You own the ad account and all of its data from day one. Google Ads management is month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Every account goes through the same four steps.
Only your numbers change.
1. A free audit, in writing
Five short fields, no call needed. You get written answers on where the money went and what a booked customer costs.
2. A first month that fixes the measurement
Calls, forms and bookings are set to count once each. Then we rebuild Search around the jobs you want, with Local Services Ads funded first where it covers your trade.
3. Budget follows booked jobs
Every month we review search terms and booked jobs and move budget toward what books.
4. One report, with our fee in the math
Cost per booked job by source, with and without our fee, plus what we changed, why, and what happened.
We work in the accounts and records you already have.
You add us to your accounts and keep ownership. You never need to share a password.
Your accounts
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads, with us added as a manager.
- Call tracking, if you use it. The software is billed to you directly.
- Your booking or job software, connected where it allows.
Your records
- A count of booked jobs, appointments or cases, even in a spreadsheet.
- Job exports are deduped, so each job counts once.
- No job records? The report shows cost per lead and says so.
What stays yours
- The ad account, the tracking and the data.
- Your ad spend, billed to you by Google with no markup.
- Patient privacy: for clinics, no patient information goes to an ad platform.
The first month fixes the measurement, then rebuilds Search around the jobs you want.
Week 1: access and audit
You add us as a manager on your accounts and keep ownership. We check auto-tagging, which conversions each campaign really bids toward, location settings, and which search terms spent money and booked nothing.
Week 2: tracking and Local Services Ads
Calls, forms and bookings are set to count once each, and job records are connected where your software allows. If Local Services Ads covers your trade, we tune its profile and budget first, because it usually brings the cheapest leads.
Weeks 3 and 4: Search rebuild
One campaign per service, each sending people to a page about that service. Ads shown only to people in or regularly in your area. Negative keywords from day one for searches that never book: jobs, schools, how-to and home remedies.
We fix the measurement before we touch the bids.
A wrong number makes every later decision wrong. These checks come first on every account, and they stay in every report.
- A lead is not revenue. A call or a form fill never gets a dollar value or a return figure in our reports. If your account assigns $1 to every call, we tell you, and we report leads as leads.
- We dedupe your job records before dividing anything. If a report shows more booked jobs than leads, the job export is counting jobs twice. We match jobs to unique order numbers first, then divide.
- We split “wasted spend” before we cut it. Spend that booked nothing is usually three different problems: searches you never wanted, searches from outside your service area, and the right searches that did not book. Only the first one is fixed with negative keywords.
- Brand searches are reported apart. They convert cheaply and flatter the totals.
- Our fee goes in the math. The cost per booked job in your report includes what you pay us, not only what you pay Google.
Clicks and impressions show how the ads are serving. They are not results. See how we set up tracking.
You get a monthly report built on booked jobs and a written log of every change.
- A monthly report that starts with cost per booked job, with and without our fee.
- Cost per lead without brand searches, so the account is judged on new customers.
- A written change log, including the months that went badly.

- One account manager as your single contact.
Every other service has a published price, or we quote it first.

Start with a free basic audit of your Google Ads account.
Five short fields, no call needed. It shows where the money went, what a booked customer costs, whether your tracking can be trusted, and what we would change first. The basic audit is free. A deeper audit is paid, and we tell you the price before we start.
