Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram, managed to sales and booked customers.
We plan, launch and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, and judge them by the sales or booked customers in your own records. We also run social media marketing, including finding promo partners whose audiences fit your brand.
Meta ads fit offers people decide on by seeing them, not services people are searching for right now.
Good fit
- Consumer products, events, memberships and launches.
- Local businesses with a visual offer and a way to book or buy online.
- A budget that covers new ad creative every month, since creative does much of the work on Meta.
Think twice
- If buyers search when they need you, like an emergency plumber, start with Google Ads.
- Housing, jobs, credit and other financial offers run under Meta’s special ad category rules, with narrower targeting.
- Health businesses face limits on targeting and some tracking. We tell you which before you start.
The first three months usually test offers and creative, then put the budget behind what sells.
- Week 1
Access and tracking
Access to your business account. The pixel and server-side events checked, and each event mapped to a real action: a purchase, a booking or a qualified form.
- Week 2
Offer and creative
One clear offer per audience, with ads in video, image and copy. If you need product video, our UGC product videos can supply it.
- Weeks 3 and 4
Launch and learn
Campaigns launch with room for Meta’s delivery to learn. We read cost per result, how often people see each ad, and what they say in the comments.
- Months 2 and 3
Cut, scale, refresh
What does not sell is cut, and what does gets more budget. Creative is replaced before it wears out. Each month’s report shows cost per sale or booked customer.
This is how the work usually runs, not a fixed schedule. Some accounts find a winning offer sooner, and some take longer.
Meta’s own conversion count is generous, so we judge the account on your records.
Meta’s standard attribution settings can count a sale up to 7 days after someone clicked an ad, or a day after someone saw one without clicking. Some of those buyers were coming anyway. We report view-only conversions on their own line and judge the account on sales or booked customers in your own records.
A lead form inside Facebook is quick to fill and quick to forget. We count a lead when it reaches you, and a result when it books or buys. A lead never carries a dollar value in our reports.
Our paid social record is modest, and our earlier social work is dated and labeled.
-
For a regional internet provider, paid social cost $466.97 per new subscriber, against $245.87 and $322.69 on Search in two markets.
Modeled from the client’s 11.99% close rate, not measured. Paid social was the most expensive channel on that account, and we show it anyway.
-
Our team ran a network of 21 Instagram accounts with about 1.5 million combined followers, and offered promotional placements on it.
-
One account in that network reached 1,828,511 accounts in a single week.
Past figures for accounts we may no longer run. They say nothing about what your account will reach.
-
Our team grew a naturopathic doctor’s Instagram account from about 4,000 to about 100,000 followers, organically.
Followers, not patients or sales.
Meta ads need three months, separate ad spend and a steady supply of creative.
Why a 3-month minimum?
The first month is mostly testing while Meta’s delivery learns. Three months is enough to see which offer and creative actually sell.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Ad spend is billed separately.
Who makes the ads?
We write and build them. For product video, our UGC videos are made by a creator who uses your product on camera.
Do you send customer data to Meta?
Only what is needed to count a sale or booking, and never patient information for clinics.
Start with a free basic audit, and tell us about your Meta account in the optional questions.
Five short fields, no call needed. The basic audit is free. A deeper audit is paid, and we tell you the price before we start.

Social media marketing is planning, posting and growth, plus finding promo partners for your brand.
Social media marketing is from $2,500 a month, separate from Meta ads management.
