Programmatic advertising: display, video, connected TV and geofencing.
We run display, video, connected TV and streaming audio ads, with geofencing, address-based targeting, and search and site retargeting, aimed at the neighborhoods and audiences you choose. Monthly reporting shows what ran, where, and what it cost.
Programmatic fits a business with a defined area and a long decision, and it works best next to search.
Good fit
- Practices and home improvement companies whose customers take weeks to decide.
- Businesses that want to stay in front of people who visited their site or searched for their service.
- Brands already running search that want reach in specific neighborhoods.
Not the first dollar
- If you need calls this week from people searching now, start with Google Ads and Local Services Ads.
- If you cannot track calls or forms yet, fix tracking first, or you will only see delivery.
We plan the areas and audiences first, then launch by tactic so each one can be judged on its own.
- Week 1
Areas and audiences
Goals, neighborhoods and audiences set. Geofences drawn around the places that matter to you. Address lists checked: we only use lists you have the right to use, such as your own customers.
- Week 2
Creative and tracking
Display sizes, video and audio built or adapted from what you have. A site tag and call tracking set up, so a visit or call can be tied to a campaign.
- Weeks 3 and 4
Launch by tactic
Each tactic runs as its own line, with limits on how often the same person sees your ad.
- Every month
Report and cut
A report by tactic: impressions, reach, clicks, cost, and the calls and forms that were tracked. Tactics that do not earn their cost are cut.
This is how a launch usually runs, not a fixed schedule. If new video or audio has to be made, launch can take longer.
Most programmatic numbers measure delivery, and we do not call them results.
Platforms report view-through conversions and “actions”: people who saw an ad and later visited your site or did something on it, whether or not the ad had anything to do with it. We show those on their own line and never add them to leads.
We do not promise store visits or walk-ins. If you want to know whether programmatic moved booked jobs, the fair test is a holdout: run it in some areas and not in similar ones, then compare booked jobs in your own records. We can set one up when your volume is big enough to read.
| Number | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Impressions and reach | The ads ran, and how many people saw them. |
| View-through actions | People who saw an ad did something later. Not proof the ad caused it. |
| Tracked calls and forms | Leads. Counted once, never given a dollar value. |
| Booked jobs in held-out areas | The closest thing to proof of lift, when volume allows. |
You get campaigns by tactic, a monthly report that shows what ran where, and no inflated lead counts.
- Area and audience plan, including geofences and retargeting lists.
- Creative in display sizes, video and audio, adapted from your assets.
- Tracking: a site tag and call tracking, so leads can be tied to campaigns.
- A monthly report by tactic, with delivery and tracked leads on separate lines.
- Frequency limits, so the same people are not shown your ad all day.
- One account manager who also sees your search results, if we run those too.
Our programmatic record is planning and certification, and we label it that way.
-
Our team planned programmatic and geofencing campaigns for 12 businesses, including 9 healthcare practices in 6 states.
These are planning documents, not results, and not every plan launched.
-
Our team holds a programmatic advertising platform certification.
Geofencing reaches phones in places you choose, and it does not prove anyone walked in because of an ad.
Is the ad spend included?
Yes. Our price is all in, media included: the ad space your campaigns run on is part of the price, not billed on top. Plans start at $5,000 a year, and you get your plan’s price in writing before you sign.
What is geofencing?
Ads shown on phones that were inside an area you draw, such as a neighborhood or an event, for a set time afterward.
What is address-based targeting?
Ads shown to households on a list of street addresses. We only use lists you have the right to use, only for your campaigns, and we never sell them.
Does connected TV work for a local business?
It puts your ad on TVs in the areas you choose. It builds familiarity and rarely brings a call on its own, so we read it next to search and calls in the same areas.
Do you promise more walk-ins?
No. We promise reach, retargeting and honest reporting. Lift is something we test, not something we claim.
Start with a free basic audit of your current ads, then decide whether programmatic belongs next to them.
Five short fields, no call needed. The basic audit is free. A deeper audit is paid, and we tell you the price before we start.
