Local SEO and Google Business Profile management, priced per location.

We manage your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations and on-page SEO so more people nearby find you on Google Maps and in local results. The price is per location, because each location has its own profile, map results and reviews.

Who it fits

It fits a business that customers find on Google Maps, with one location or several.

Good fit

  • A storefront, office or service-area business with a verified Business Profile.
  • Trades, clinics, salons and shops where a search like “near me” decides who gets the call.
  • Several locations, each with its own profile. Each one is $1,500 a month.
  • An owner willing to ask every customer for a review.

Not a fit

  • A business that does not meet customers in person. Google requires that for a Business Profile.
  • Customers spread well beyond the areas near your locations. See SEO.
  • Leads needed this month. Google Ads is faster.
How local ranking works

Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, and we work on the two you can change.

Google’s own help page says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is where the searcher stands, and nobody controls it. That is why no one can honestly promise you a spot on the map.

Relevance is whether your profile and pages say plainly what you do and where: categories, services, and a page for each main service. Prominence is how well known you are: reviews, citations on other sites, and mentions across the web. Those two are the work.

A typical first month

The first month audits your whole profile and starts the reviews, then the monthly work compounds.

  1. Week 1

    Full profile audit

We audit your entire Google Business Profile against what you actually do: name, categories, services and products, description, hours and holiday hours, service area, phone, website link, photos, attributes, posts and reviews.

  2. Week 2

    Profile fixes and review requests

What the audit found gets fixed: services filled in, photos added and your website tied to the profile. Review requests are set up by email or text, with reminders for past customers and a QR code to print at your location.

  3. Week 3

    Citations and on-page SEO

Citations start, 40 a month: listings on other sites, each with the same name, address and phone as your profile. Page titles, headings and meta descriptions are tuned, along with mobile use, navigation and site structure.

  4. Week 4

    Posts and first report

Posts start, up to two a week, rotating service, information and brand posts. We send your first monthly report.

  5. Every month

    Keep it moving

Citations, posts, a reply to every review, Search Console and analytics checks, plugin updates on your site, and the report.

This is how the work usually runs for each location, not a fixed schedule.

How we measure it

We report the calls and visits your profile brings, not a ranking screenshot.

We send you a report every month. It shows the calls, website clicks, direction requests and views that came from your profile, the reviews you earned and the replies we wrote, and how your keyword rankings and visibility moved.

A map ranking checked from one spot can differ a few blocks away. So we read rankings as a trend over months, never from one screenshot. Calls from the profile are the number that matters.

What you get

The monthly price covers the whole profile, reviews, citations, on-page work and the report.

  • Business Profile management: your entire profile audited, then the description, services, photos, website link and up to two posts a week.
  • 40 citations a month, each listing with the same name, address and phone as your profile.
  • Review requests by email or text, follow-up reminders and a print QR code.
  • A reply to every review, with alerts when new ones arrive.
  • A review widget for your website and a review dashboard.
  • On-page and technical SEO: titles, headings, meta descriptions, mobile use and site structure.
  • Keyword research and basic website upkeep, like plugin updates.
  • A monthly report, sent to you, on calls, clicks, direction requests, views and rankings.
Proof

We do not have a map ranking result we can publish yet, so here is how the price compares.

Ahrefs polled 439 SEO providers and found local SEO averages $1,557 a month, and $1,819 a month at agencies.

Straight answers

No map position is promised, no review is bought, and no keyword goes in your business name.

Why a 12-month term?

Citations, reviews and page changes build slowly, and much of the early work does not show in rankings for months. After the first year it is month to month, with 30 days’ notice.

How does pricing work with several locations?

Each location has its own Business Profile, reviews and map results, so each one is $1,500 a month.

Can you add keywords to my business name?

No. Google’s guidelines say your profile name should match your real-world name, and stuffing in keywords can get a profile suspended.

Will you write or buy reviews?

No. Google bars paying for reviews and asking only happy customers, and the FTC’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews bans fake ones. We ask every customer, and we reply to every review, good or bad.

Do I need this if I run Google Ads?

They do different jobs. Ads buy the click today. A strong profile earns calls you do not pay for one by one, and it keeps working in months when the ad budget is low.
