How the AI Revenue Engine works

We use Simply Digital OS, our Revenue Engine Framework, to build and operate an AI Revenue Engine instance dedicated to your business on top of your existing tools. It rebuilds your funnel from first touch to revenue and gives us a Cut / Fix / Double plan grounded in your numbers.

No platform rip-and-replace. No “secret sauce” dashboards. You experience the engine through simple Cut / Fix / Double memos and owner’s math on what to cut, what to fix, and what to double.

The four steps

The AI Revenue Engine follows the same pattern for every client. Only the inputs, economics, and decisions change.

1. Connect (read-only)

We connect the AI Revenue Engine to your CRM, calendars, call tracking, billing/job systems, and ad accounts in read-only mode. You keep full control; we get the data we need to see the real funnel.

2. Rebuild the real funnel

The engine reconstructs your funnel from lead → opportunity → booked → won and normalizes it across channels, offers, markets, and languages (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU).

3. Compute the economics

We calculate CAC, ROAS, and payback by campaign, service line, language, and market where the data supports it, then flag where capital is being destroyed, where it’s blocked by execution gaps, and where there’s headroom.

4. Turn it into a Cut / Fix / Double plan

We translate the analysis into a short, actionable Cut / Fix / Double Memo and a concrete execution roadmap. Every move is tagged Owner: Simply Digital or Owner: Client so it’s clear who does what next.

What we connect to

We use the tools you already have. The engine reads data; it doesn’t replace your stack or force a new platform on your team.

Core systems

  • CRM and job / practice management systems.
  • Calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Call tracking and recording.
  • Billing, invoicing, or job-completion data where available.

Acquisition channels

  • Google Ads, Meta ads, LSAs, and programmatic.
  • SEO and content performance data.
  • Referral, partner, and event sources.
  • Email, lifecycle, and upsell campaigns.

Safety & access

  • Read-only access wherever possible.
  • We work inside your existing permissions and roles; you control who can see what.
  • No changes to campaigns, routing, or systems without your approval.
  • For clinics and legal clients, we stay at the pipeline and revenue level only (no detailed charts or case files).

Inside the Cut / Fix / Double plan

The output is not a dashboard. It’s a decision document that shows you where money is being destroyed, where it’s being blocked, and where it’s compounding — tied back to CAC, ROAS, and payback.

Cut

  • Channels, campaigns, and keywords with CAC and payback outside your thresholds.
  • Example: “Cut $8K/month from campaigns generating $450+ CAC and 90+ day payback.”

Fix

  • Tracking, routing, and follow-up issues that hide true performance.
  • Example: “Fix call routing and missed-call textbacks for Spanish leads; align CRM stages with sales reality.”

Double

  • Segments with strong CAC, ROAS, and payback that can handle more budget.
  • Example: “Double budget on high-intent search in Spanish and Russian where CAC is 0.4× target.”

Where multilingual execution plugs in

Language is not a creative afterthought; it’s part of the economics. The AI Revenue Engine breaks performance out by language so we can treat each market like its own P&L.

  • Identify segments where non-English buyers already outperform on CAC, close rate, and LTV.
  • Design native-language journeys — ads, landing pages, email, and nurture — for those segments.
  • Optional: plug in native-language setters, closers, and CS pods once the math supports it and capacity is in place.

Simply Digital OS slices performance by language × market × service line, so we can allocate budget toward non-English segments that actually have better CAC and payback.

Implementation timeline (first month)

Every engagement starts with a paid first-month Revenue Decision Review that stands up Engine v1 on Simply Digital OS. The first month is intentionally a decision phase; our internal target is to deliver the initial Cut / Fix / Double Memo and Engine v1 within about 10–14 days after we get read-only access to your CRM, calendars, and ad accounts, then use the rest of the month to harden tracking and data.

  • Week 1: Access & discovery. We connect (read-only) to CRM, calendars, call tracking, billing, and ad accounts; align on ACV, margins, and payback targets.
  • Week 2: Funnel reconstruction & economics. The AI Revenue Engine maps spend → leads → opportunities → revenue and computes CAC, ROAS, and payback by channel/offer/language.
  • Week 3: Initial Cut / Fix / Double Memo and working session with your leadership team. We agree on what to Cut, what to Fix, and what to Double.
  • Week 4: Tracking and data-quality fixes, plus quick-win execution where appropriate. You decide whether to move into a 6–12 month System & Profit Engagement.

Operating rhythm & reporting

  • Monthly: Updated Cut / Fix / Double Memo and KPI review focused on revenue, CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV/CAC.
  • Quarterly: Growth allocation review — which services, markets, and languages deserve more or less capital based on refreshed economics.
  • Weekly: Execution priorities across campaigns, funnels, and follow-up, aligned to the current Cut / Fix / Double plan.
  • Always: Clear line of sight from spend to revenue, broken out by channel, offer, and language — fewer dashboards, fewer ad-hoc decisions.

The goal is simple: a shared, numeric view of where your next dollar should go and what it should avoid.

If you have real lead flow and want clearer economics, the next step is to put your own data through the AI Revenue Engine and review the Cut / Fix / Double plan together.
