System & Profit Engagement
This is the 6–12 month engagement where Simply Digital runs Simply Digital OS and an AI Revenue Engine on top of your CRM, calendars, call tracking, and ad platforms. We own the Cut / Fix / Double work across channels so you can treat marketing like capital allocation, not channel guessing.
The Revenue Decision Review is where we decide whether the economics make sense. The System & Profit Engagement is where we rebuild the system and compound the profit.

Multilingual growth for service & high-ticket
What is a System & Profit Engagement?
A System & Profit Engagement is a focused period where we own your growth system end-to-end: tracking, routing, campaigns, offers, and follow-up — not just “running ads.” We build and operate pods that sit on top of Simply Digital OS and your AI Revenue Engine instance so every month has clear owner’s math: where to Cut, what to Fix, and what to Double.
- Scope: Paid media, lifecycle, web/CRO, tracking, and sales handoffs across your key offers and languages.
- Goal: Improve unit economics (CAC, ROAS, payback, LTV/CAC) and turn them into a system your team can keep running.
- Structure: Dedicated pods with weekly working sessions and monthly Cut / Fix / Double Memos.
Who this is for
- Service and high-ticket businesses already investing meaningful budget (often ~$10K+/month in paid media).
- Founders and leadership teams that want a clear, shared view of CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV/CAC by channel and offer.
- Teams that are tired of “random acts of marketing” and want a single operating system for growth.
- Home services, clinics/medical, legal/immigration, and related verticals with real sales cycles.
- Businesses that already serve, or want to serve, non-English buyers (Spanish, Russian, Arabic, and others).
- Owners who want marketing treated like capital allocation, with clear “go / no-go” decisions each month.

- Clear SLAs and feedback loops between marketing, sales, and operations.
How the System & Profit Engagement works
The Revenue Decision Review is Month 1. If the economics and fit are there, we move into System & Profit. Most engagements follow this arc:
Phase 1: Rebuild the system (first 60–90 days)
- Clean up tracking, routing, and data quality in the OS and AI Revenue Engine.
- Turn the Cut / Fix / Double Memo into a 60–90 day execution plan.
- Launch or relaunch core campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up flows.
Phase 2: Scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Cut campaigns and segments that destroy capital.
- Double into channels, offers, and languages that hit your CAC and payback targets.
- Refine appointment routing and sales coordination to protect margins.
Phase 3: Compound & hand back a system
- Layer on experiments, multilingual expansion, and new offers where the math is proven.
- Turn what’s working into playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards your team can own.
- Decide whether to keep us in an operating role or move to a lighter advisory cadence.
What you get each month
- Cut / Fix / Double Memo: a focused summary of what we’re cutting, what we’re fixing, and what we’re doubling into — tied to CAC, ROAS, and payback.
- Owner’s-math dashboard: clear numbers on spend, leads, appointments, revenue, and unit economics by channel, offer, and language where data supports it.
- Weekly working sessions: pod-level calls to review performance, unblock execution, and align on experiments.
- System updates: tracking fixes, routing changes, playbooks, and SOP updates pushed into your OS.
- Bench & capacity calls: recommendations on when to add setters, closers, reps, or additional languages based on actual demand.
How we structure fees & guardrails
Pricing for a System & Profit Engagement is scoped during your Revenue Decision Review. We price against the complexity of your system, the number of offers and markets, and whether we’re operating in multiple languages.
- Term: typically 6–12 months, with checkpoints aligned to your planning cycles.
- Scope: clearly defined channels, offers, languages, and systems we own — plus what stays with your internal team.
- Guardrails: agreed CAC, payback, and margin targets that guide what we Cut, Fix, and Double.
- Options: pure fee-based, or fee + performance components where it makes sense and data supports it.
Next step: Book a Revenue Decision Review
Every System & Profit Engagement starts with a Revenue Decision Review. That’s where we wire up read-only access, run your numbers through the AI Revenue Engine, and decide if there’s a System & Profit Engagement that makes sense for both sides.
If the economics don’t work, you still keep the memo, funnel map, and owner’s-math view. If they do, we’ll outline what a 6–12 month System & Profit Engagement would look like for your team.
