Website and landing page design for local businesses, tracked from launch day.
We design and build websites and landing pages for local service businesses. Calls, form fills and bookings are tracked from the day a page goes live, so you can see which pages bring customers. A landing page carries the same promise as the ad that sends people to it.
It fits a business whose site does not say plainly what it does, where, and how to call.
A new website fits if
- Your site is slow or hard to use on a phone.
- It does not track calls or forms, so you cannot tell what works.
- It has no page for each service you sell or each area you serve.
A landing page fits if
- Your ads send paid clicks to your homepage instead of a page for that service.
- You are launching an offer or a campaign and need one page built for it.
- You want to test one page against another on the same ad budget.
A small website takes about a month, and you approve the words before anything is built.
- Week 1
Plan
Your services, service area, offers, licenses and the claims you can back up. Then a page list: one page per service and per area you serve, and no filler pages.
- Week 2
Words first
Copy for each page in plain language, built from what you tell us and what customers search for, with your own photos where you have them. You review it before we build.
- Week 3
Build and track
Pages built, call tracking and form events set up, and analytics installed with consent settings that do not leave your data blank.
- Week 4
Check and launch
Every page checked at 360, 375 and 390 pixel phone widths for sideways scrolling. Links and forms tested end to end. Then launch, with the sitemap submitted to Google Search Console the same day.
A landing page follows the same steps on a smaller scale. Larger sites take longer, and the dates go in your proposal.
A landing page serves one search, while your homepage has to serve everyone.
When someone searches for drain cleaning and clicks your ad, the page should be about drain cleaning, in your area, with the same offer the ad made. It needs a short form, a tracked phone number, and a call button that stays on screen on a phone, because many local customers would rather call than fill a form.
Each landing page matches one ad group or offer. That keeps the promise consistent from the search to the call, and it lets us compare cost per booked job page by page.
You get a site you own, with tracking and Search Console in place on day one.
- Pages for each service and area, written in plain language and approved by you.
- Call and form tracking from launch day, tied to your analytics.
- Short forms that ask only what you need to call back.
- A call button that stays on screen on phones.
- Phone checks at three widths, with no sideways scrolling.
- Search Console set up, with your sitemap submitted at launch.
- Your domain, site and words, owned by you.
A page is measured by the calls, forms and bookings it brings, not by how it looks.
For a website, the report shows calls, form fills and bookings by page, and which pages people reach from search. For a landing page tied to ads, it shows the campaign’s cost per booked job, so a new page is judged on the same number as the ads.
We wait for enough clicks before calling a winner. A page that looks better after a handful of visits has not proven anything yet.
Here are businesses we have built sites for, by name, with no numbers attached.
Websites we have built
- Anointed Ink
- Colors Your Way USA
- Fence Ethics
- O’Connell Automotive
- Tiamera Bowen Events
Some of these sites are still in preview with their owners, so we list names only, with no links or screenshots until each owner agrees.
Results from our own sites and ad accounts are on our homepage, kept apart from client names on purpose.
You own the site, you approve every page, and tracking is part of the build.
Who owns the site?
You do: the domain, the site and the words.
WordPress or something else?
Whatever fits how you work. Many of our builds are fast static sites. If your team edits pages every week, WordPress may suit you better.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, in plain language, from what you tell us and what customers search for. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Can a landing page work without ads?
Yes, for an offer you share by email, social or print. It does its best work as the page a paid click lands on.
Start with a free basic audit, and put your current website in the form.
Five short fields, no call needed. The basic audit is free. A deeper audit is paid, and we tell you the price before we start.
